Rubber sealing strips are usually made of rubber materials with excellent aging resistance, such as butadiene rubber, silicone rubber, natural rubber butadiene styrene rubber, and rubber-plastic mixtures. According to the parts used, it can be divided into three categories: marine seals, automobile seals, mechanical seals and door and window seals. Among them, mechanical sealing strips include container sealing strips and cabinet sealing strips.

Rubber sealing strips are usually used in the range of -50 to 70°C. The process is divided into dense rubber belt, sponge rubber belt, two composite rubber belts and three composite sealing belts. Different cross-sectional structures can be designed according to its use location and conditions. Taking into account the requirements of aging resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, fire resistance, sunlight resistance, ozone resistance, acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance and flame retardancy.

The production and vulcanization methods of rubber sealing strips usually adopt the extrusion continuous vulcanization method of rubber extruder, the vulcanization method of extrusion molding vulcanization tank or the molding vulcanization method. The surface of the rubber seal made in this way is very flat. If you look at its surface, you will find that its surface has a very uniform foam density layer, and it also has good resilience. Among them, it has good sealing performance, high temperature and weather resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance and water resistance. Certain rubber weatherstrips can also bond smooth surface materials if the backing tape is self-adhesive.
